Legal
Terms of use
These terms govern your use of devtracebase.digital and any enrolment correspondence with Devtracebase. By using the site or requesting a seat, you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not use the site or submit a request.
Acceptance
You must be able to enter a contract under the laws of Thailand. If you request a seat on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorised to do so. We may refuse or cancel a request if information is incomplete or misleading.
Programmes and information
Course descriptions, dates, and fees on this site are informational. A place is not reserved until we confirm it in writing. We may change faculty, remote/studio mix, or schedule when needed; if a change is material, we will offer a transfer or a refund according to the refund page.
Nothing on this site is professional advice on product strategy, privacy engineering, or financial performance. Measurement methods taught in class are educational. Your production decisions remain yours.
Intellectual property
Site text, templates, and recordings are owned by Devtracebase or its licensors. Enrolment grants you a personal, non-transferable licence to use materials for your internal work. You may not republish recordings, resell templates, or present our critique checklist as your firm’s product.
Student readouts remain the student’s (or their employer’s) property. We may quote anonymised measurement patterns in teaching if they do not identify the company.
Conduct
Live rooms require professional conduct. We may remove someone who harasses others, shares classmates’ production data without permission, or repeatedly disrupts critique. Removal for conduct does not create an automatic refund; see the refund page.
Liability
The site is provided as available. We do not warrant uninterrupted access. To the fullest extent allowed under Thai law, Devtracebase is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, or decisions you make after reading a journal article or attending a class. Our aggregate liability arising from a paid programme is limited to the fees you paid for that programme.
This limit does not affect rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law in Thailand.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Courts in Bangkok have exclusive jurisdiction, except where consumer rules require otherwise. Contact for notices: info@devtracebase.digital, or the studio address published on the contact page.
